I read the 設定資料集 for the movie version years ago.
Seems that the colour of suit for test pilot should be white, for other pilot, yellow.
Seems that the colour of Amuro's suit in the opening was wrongly painted in blue.
For other pilots, I have no idea why their suits were in different colour......
