As far as eating inside MTR is concerned, I've seen many Kong girls do it. One of my friends almost got fined for eating while waiting at the platform (eating is not allowed as soon as you enter the gates). I think this is a war between law-abiding people and disrespectful people, both of which abound in both HK and the mainland. We should not put a label on mainlanders or HKers. If you go to Tokyo, you'll see what it means to behave--people don't talk on their mobile phones once they're inside the trains. Yet, I get irritated by those loud bitching locals using their mobiles inside the MTR all the time. So, I think both good and bad MTR users always exist, whether in HK or the mainland.
