I have a question, can someone please help?

 

I saw on the internet that there is a °t­µ­û/ singer called Ô³¦¿ ¥Ñ¦ç (Yui Horie), some of her photos look very much like Ô³¦¿ ¬ü³£¤l (Mitsuko Horie) ~ because both their surnames are  Ô³¦¿ and they look alike and they are both °t­µ­û & singers , I wonder if they are ¿Ë±­?
