to be more precise, I think it's a subset of mainlanders who do those wicked things. Not sure we should stereotype or generalize to a complete country. I have quite a few responsble and righteous friends who are mainlanders. I also know a few HKers and Americans who are crooks. Yet I wouldn't make an overly generalized judgement about "HK ppl" or "American ppl" becoz I know there are individual differences.
