相機 Canon XTi (400D), 鏡頭 Canon EF24-70mm/2.8L. (1/160 sec, F/4.5 手動測光.)

I was just looking at some property prices in Markham... seems so expensive, like 2500 HKD/ft..... you can buy something here, no need to leave HK! There goes my dream of retiring in Toronto...

其實而家'大多市'(GTA)和外圍城市嘅地產全係泡沫. 兩年內一定爆炸. 到時揸住錢大哂. 要乜大屋都有.

I don't think so...because the market is one thing but the reality is:  There is a limited of Good Land on this planet, everybody wants the best house with best price, best quality, best enviroment, best education area and  at the same time world population will not drop down a lot for sure unless  there is a World War 3. So the price of hosuing will drop a lot but not will be lot enough for many many people to afford. But it will goes up again for sure too and it drops...

So the timing you can count on is very short.
