I guess you are looking for "アクビ娘".  I saw it in clubdam.

Sorry, I made a mistake , the karaoke version of the song that I have been looking for is called "ハクション大魔王－アクビ娘の歌" (it's sung by Horie Mitsuko 堀江美都子) ~ it's actually different to the one that r9647 posted on this thread

 

I am now very confused... I thought the one by 堀江 美都子 (アクビ娘の歌) is the "乞嗤大魔王 OP", but it seems that the one posted on this thread is the real opening song for 乞嗤大魔王?   ~ so how many different OP songs are there for the anime 乞嗤大魔王 ah?   I don't understand ah   Can anyone explain to me please?   Thank u ah

This is the explanation in Japanese.
当初は「ハクション大魔王の歌」がオープニングテーマ「アクビ娘の歌」がエンディングテーマだったが、途中から入れ替わった。なお、曲が入れ替わった後には堀江美都子のクレジット脇に「（12歳・横浜市）」と書き加えられた。

Yes, you are right mrenvy, it's "アクビ娘" that I have been looking for.

 

Actually a friend of mine had already checked clubdam for this song for me ~ apparently (from what I understand) clubdam has a few different systems ~ clubdam does not have that song アクビ娘 karaoke version available for people to purchase online ~~~ however, for the other clubdam systems which are used at Karaoke places in Hong Kong, they do have アクビ娘 (I have actually seen it at a karaoke place in HK)...so in other words, clubdam does not have that song for people to purchase online, however they only offer it at karaoke bars/places... (sorry, I'm not very good at explaining it , hope you understand what I mean... )

My understanding: Horie sang this anime song when she was 12. She then became popular after the Akubi Girl song had replaced the original opening.  Hope my understanding is correct.

hehe, yet your understanding is very close to the reality.
similar case happen to Science Ninja Team Gatchaman. Shimon Masato's song was the ending theme at first. Then it becomes very popular hence it exchanges with the original opening song. So finally ED becomes OP, OP becomes ED. (another song which becomes ED, 倒せ! ギャラクター, is sung by the choir, Columbia Cradle Club)
