I think Wong Kee is a all time favorite for some western as well. They also like to add a lot of chili oil. 2 chinese-spoonful!  I think some Western alos eat  internal organs, in partcular the Itlalian.

Very very good bargain!! I work in TaiKooShing... a bowl (not a plate) of Shanghainese-pork chop-soup-noodle cost HK$55 (after 10% service charge) ovet there.
