In US there is a Government department which can help you to block all these

spam call, you just visit their web site and register your phone number...then it is done.....I am totally free of spam now.

But I don't know if HK also has this kind service or not....HK Government should do something about it if they don't have it now.

How about using caller id to find out who call and then complain it to Government ?
