Hung Tai Lung might act as Kamen Rider One again.
He is a martial arts master in Sword and Aikito. So, I think that he may still perform well in fighting scene.
If Hung acts a new series of KR One, the story might be told that KR would also get old and new electronic or mechanical parts should be rebuilt to maintain the power of KR.
