鼓油炒麵

火馬哥,

 

以前記得有個亞嬸一個大鐵鑊埵頂籅τoodle,河粉,銀針粉及米粉, 伴以芽菜及b,十分美味.

 

但應該不是豬油炒,是Poultry Oil (Goose's, duck's or chicken's fat, collected after they were slaughtered)  ,  是一個家庭賣鶢的同學話我知 (I have no idea whether this is fact or a rumor) .

 

No matter what kind of oil has been added in frying noodle, the most important fact is - DELICIOUS -yummy, yummy,
