yes bro, and they used to have big sales when I could afford to buy normally expensive shoes like Bally/ Lanvin/ etc.

 

their sister shop "Shui Wing" was on Kimberly Road. Later it became Kimberly Snooker Place.

The bike was rented from Kimberly Street, about $2/hour, the front & back wheels are both quite big... there was a special kind with smaller front wheels and very long forks (called "long fork", i.e. "Cheung CHa", sorry I don't have my writing pad tonite...)

記得"松豐單車"老板係潮州人, 個樣有D似立花藤兵衛

Food: Tai Pin Koon on Granville Road, Chui Hung Chuen at Miramar Ctr, Siu Nam Kwok at TST ctr, etc etc

Thanks for this classic picture   Sure, I think I had taken KCR from that station....... and those Nissan Datsun taxis are a classic too Let's go out and have some fun/ food in TST sometime....... like u said someday we may be gone just like these classic oldcake places/ things better enjoy while you can

Oh yes yes, big thanks for this photo, that's Park Hotel and once I got hit by a car on that Chatham Road   And those "swiss roll" barracks are deep in my memory....... To the right of Park Hotel there used to be a Times bookshop........

 

In fact I lived right on that street where the Hotel is (Cameron Road)....... the house was sold in 1989 and all my toys/ newspapers/ etc were thrown away without my consent
