You probably have more experience in real estate than many of us. I wonder, what is your view on Las Vegas / Nevada property? When I was young, I dreamt about living in Vegas so that I can enjoy the big hotels' 24 hour $5.99 buffet meals    But I heard Nevada property is very expensive now?
