如何把.FLV 轉成 .AVI

在you-tube download 了一些files, 當時save 成 .FLV, 在PC 上用FLV Player 睇OK, 而家想放在PMP上睇, 但PMP不support .FLV, you-tube 又已經剷咗個video, 請問怎可將我的 .FLV 轉成 .AVI?
