According to bro fumoon, you can do this:

It will be saved as .AVI format.
I tried, it worked, but when I played the file there was just sound & no picture. Some codec must be missing, so I fixed it by installinng from http://www.free-codecs.com/XP_Codec_Pack_download.htm
