Chen Wai Lam has been sung for more than 10 years. Her first album was a Marborlo Red Hot Hit Album and four new singers were introduced around 1993 or 1994, Chen Wai Lam was one of them and Chan Hiu Tung was also one of the four singers. I could not remember the two remaining singers, only knew that one is male and the other is female.

Hi George, the song's called "打開天空" and the singers were 陳曉東、陳慧琳、陳建穎 (now TVB artist & he has recently changed his name to 陳紀匡 ) & 邱穎欣 (she's related to 楊受成, I think she is his niece or something). Here is the clip:
