I noticed this has happened a few times before not only with me but with a number of other oldcakes too. Even that person has not updated or posted any new post, it looks like if that person opened the thread just to view it, the '最後發表' time shown on the main page becomes the time that it was last viewed by that person (not the time of the last post). Don't know the reason for this, there might be a bug in this forum

應該發生在有vote的帖,

因為有人投票(變成最新帖),但無發言,最新帖文仍留在最近發言的帖位置上
