係馬蹄,以前盧海鵬在一套電视劇中曾扮演一個賣馬蹄小販,仲叫作"西班牙馬蹄",但馬蹄貴,佢執果欗爤左的沙梨/雪梨批掉D壞o既,又用"沙葛"批成馬蹄狀扮馬蹄賣,唔知大家有冇食過ED老翻馬蹄呢?

咁同佢做西班牙馬蹄果幕對手戲果個係咪林偉圖?
還有,以前街邊有一些賣好似厚薄餅,要加沙糖,or 花生醬調味, 薄餅要用油桶這麼大的工具來烤厚薄餅,這小吃叫什麼呢?

我都食過!推車仔既!過常仲賣埋雞蛋仔!(家陣入哂鋪)果時唔知叫乜名;後來D人話夾餅喎!
熱辣辣;口感好軟滑;味道咸又帶甜;所有材料好普通!但整出黎好好食!
食親都搞到d漿料流左落手.........痴笠笠........

以前戲院門口;常有架!離遠都望到蒸汽聞到五香味! 隔離就有熱蔗;或燴魷魚............
舊年;冬天;響旺角上海街(今次唔響戲院口;家陣戲院都冇乜勒!陰公!)居然見到一檔;拿林買左$10(得唔夠廿粒;但好大粒!大到迫住花生款內籠果種.......);響街食幾粒!咧鴞^家慢慢食;放一陣;已被人趙哂.................
咦!我又諗起你講乜勒!果亭係中式野黎。
係好大底既好厚;要用上海人煎蔥油餅呀!窩貼呀!果種平底大鑊黎整!但因太大底;所要用把大菜刀黎切;但我見唔係用花生醬播;而係用花生碎同沙糖!即過年阿媽包角仔入面果D料咁;灑落去;然後再夾埋(一個靚仔食唔哂!好大份。)

石磨米漿缽仔糕
廣東台山人以清泉水煮黃糖、米漿,再倒入瓦缽仔蒸熟,便成為今天的缽仔糕。有50年做缽仔糕經驗的林師傅,堅持沿用以石磨磨米漿做缽仔糕。缽仔糕上的凹洞,原來是故意將有水氣的部份挖走,否則會有酸味。

記得街邊果D好似會用一塊威化紙包再+白色通'loan'既唔知叫咩 脆的
.. I think I know what you're referring to...did they also use to put some sugar & sesame seeds inside the 威化紙包 & 白色通'loan'脆脆? Very yummy from memory!!! (...i don't know why, but the name "煙仔餅" comes to my mind, not sure if that is the name (I'm probably wrong)...) ...can you still buy them on the streets nowadays?
They taste the same gar.....that 白色通'loan' thing is the 'sweet' stuff.
Same,except the one in the photo was smashed up.
That '紙' got a touch of 'salt' on it too.

Thanks for re-posting the photo!! (actually i only started reading this thread half way through, so didn't know that you guys had already started talking about it earlier....and just now I re-read some of the earlier posts and saw fumoon's "cooking" photos!! ha ha!! So fumoon you actually have a special pan for cooking crepes? Wah!!
So these are called 糖蔥薄餅!!! That's one of my favourite 懷舊街邊小吃, so yum yum yum!!! In regards to why I thought it's called "煙仔餅", ha ha, I think it's because the white colour "tone lone" thing makes me think they look like cigarettes!! ha ha!!
...I have also tried "煙仔糖" when little!
