The most concentrated shooting scenes are in the 吉祥寺 area where the 井之頭公園 is located.The Uni should also be in the same area.
吉祥寺站 is about 20-30 mins from central Tokyo. You'll need to change line (JR?) to get there.
Check out the market opposite the station. There is an old fashioned taipaidong 居酒屋 inside it with a Masatoshi's pic posted on the wall facing the entrance.
If the izakaya is still there, the old couple owners are very friendly and the husband is also a NM fan.
Show them, or any older local people, the pics in the book and ask them where the house and places are.
The house and izakaya in the drama should be along one of the railway lines and not too far away from a train station.
See if you can find the slope outside the house. If so, remember to take and post pics here!
