2:11 - 2:13 是炸蠔仔! Yummy! (is it similar to the Japanese style 炸蠔仔? ) By the way, how do you pronounce "蚵仔酥" 的 "蚵" 字呀? (Is it pronounced as "ALL" (just guessing)? ... if so, then it's called "ALL仔酥"?! )
